Q: What happens if an item in my order is not available?

A:Our Customer Care team will have sent you an email to confirm the stock shortage and also confirmation of a refund. Please check your inbox/spam folder for this email. Feel free to contact our friendly Customer Care team by via our  page if you have any concerns or to check if/when this item will be re-stocked.

Q: Will the product price remain the same for delivery?

A: There will be no surcharge for delivery of product

Q: What if the expiry date for the goods i had order is too closed to the received date?

A: Before dispatching, goods will be double check that have at least 1 month for used from the ordering date. Due to some product have limited used by date, we promised to ship product that have the furtherest expiry date as possible. 

Q: Is there any gift card and voucher available for online purchase?

A: Unfortunately, this will not be available until announce. 

Q: Are the same products offered online also available in the store?

A: No. Due to some product that cannot be deliver via post, some stocks are only available in store or pick up only.

Q: Do you have the same price online and in the store?

A: From time to time we offer or participate in in-store exclusive promotions. As a result we are unable to always guarantee the same prices will be available both online and in the stores. However, the promotion terms and conditions will always specify if this is the case.

Q: Can i find a specific date and time for delivery?

A: No. Due to the delivery time for Australian Post, that is beyond our capability to determine the exact shipping time. However, tracking of your own order can be done via tracking website that will be sent within the confirmation email. 

Q: Can I order over the phone?

A: Due to security reasons we are unable to take orders over the phone at this time.

Q: How do i use my store credit?

A: Store credit can be use for both online and in store. 

Q: What if i lost my tax invoice​, can i used my confirmation email as receipt for refund?

A: No, confirmation email is not a proof of receiving the goods for delivery. For any enquiry for refund, please contact customer service team

Q: Is there a limited time for using store credit?

A: Yes, the store credit are only available to use within 3 months upon issued.
